That being said, we strive to do our very best to produce that perfect customized product to fit your need. We started this business several years ago and we began only as a greeting card making business. Since then we have expanded our knowledge of the business and have therefore expanded our range of knowledge on products we are able to provide for YOU! Business Policy Agreement:
Business Policy- Adales Creation's
Adale's Creation’s (Adale Mitchell) creates products customized to fit customer’s needs, all sales and deposits are final, not refundable. A 50% DEPOSIT must be made after placing order and before final product will be sent. After consultation with customer regarding your particular need, Adale's Creation’s will then formulate an online sample of the requested product. This sample will be emailed to you. Once customer has received sample(s) from Adale's Creation’s, be advised that customer has 48hrs to approve or request changes to the sample. If after 48hrs customer decides changes need to be made, Adales Creation’s has an additional 48hrs or more to make requested changes. Then a FINAL copy of the product will be emailed to the customer with the requested changes. Customer must then be prepared for final approval and print of product. Customer will have the opportunity to confirm approval of product before final print occurs. Before the final print is started a full payment must be made to Adales Creation’s (Adale Mitchell). This means that once you have approved your final sample via email or other, you must then make your payment for the product in FULL. Once the product has been completed/printed, Adale’s Creation’s will present the product to the customer either in person or it can be shipped to customer per request (shipping fees will apply).
